SINCE 1971, TYPICAL DISHES OF ROMAN TRADITION
The ancient tavern La Fraschetta der Panino since 1971 represents a true gem of Roman culinary tradition.
Since its inception, La Fraschetta der Panino has offered its customers the authentic and unmistakable taste of typical Roman cuisine, keeping alive the flavours and ancient recipes of tradition.
From classic dishes like carbonara and amatriciana to lesser-known but equally delicious specialities, this historic venue continues to be a must-visit for anyone wishing to immerse themselves in the true essence of Roman cuisine, surrounded by an environment rich in history and tradition.
At La Fraschetta Der Panino, you will discover an impeccable selection of iconic dishes of authentic Roman cuisine. The dishes offered are prepared by expert chefs who master traditional recipes, and with passion bring a great culinary heritage to our guests' tables.
In our venue, you can taste high-quality ingredients typical of our territory such as porchetta, served in sandwiches and focaccias perfectly stuffed, or homemade preparations like fresh pasta, olive oil, and meatballs.

For lovers of Neapolitan pizza, we offer a wide range of options to choose from. There are also assortments of cold cuts and cheeses for a richly flavoured aperitif, in addition to generously filled sandwiches.
Where food meets friendliness, really a great experience every time, at Partenopeo I can say I feel at home. A real trattoria where Giovanni 'the owner' knows how to welcome his customers with sympathy and professionalism, with real flavours and fresh ingredients, super recommended and the focaccia with porchetta and provolone really superlative, the first courses are average like all restaurants in Rome, another speciality is the lemon delight, their red wine and their limoncello (for the one tried so far).... forget the prices are more than affordable. I will definitely be back. Thanks always Peppì.

We had a great lunch! The focacce were a marvel. I absolutely recommend the one with provolone and porchetta! The staff is very friendly.

Fraschetta a stone's throw from the Colosseum, cosy and with very friendly staff. I recommend the amatriciana, really good and cooked to perfection. Other diners have tasted the carbonara, the aubergine parmigiana and the meatballs: all dishes up to standard. Honest prices. I will be back.

A revelation! There were 8 of us. The owner was very nice! He made us feel at home straight away! We had carciofi alla Romana, carbonare cacio e pepe. One of the best Carbonare and Cacio e Pepe I have ever eaten in Rome! Fair prices and location practically in the Imperial Forum! We will definitely be back! See you next time! Congratulations!
